”One night bed and breakfast stay. Excellent facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools with spa facilities. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The only slight criticism was the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. (Room 18). We choose to have an evening meal at the ferryman pub, just a short walk away but the cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.”

”Fabulous hotel for a weekend getaway. Plenty of walks during the day and great restaurants in the evening. I recommend the hotel's restaurant The Jetty. One of the best italian meals had. Room (415) overlooking the harbour was magnificent. Wonderful location with good local pubs and a short drive to the coast or New Forest.”

”The building and grounds are impressive but our room (small double) was a bit tired with scuffs on the walls, the window frames worn and splintered and the windows were wobbly in the frames, thus letting out a draft. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was good with a powerful hot shower and lovely smelling toiletries. We stayed for just one night for a wedding. ”
