”Everything there was great, peaceful, private, and relaxing. Staff was great for the most part. Although I understand everyone doesn't have a good day always, the wait staff in food court should practice a pleasant smile or demeanor. When you're on vacation and spending money to enjoy yourself, having grim faces and unpleasant staff around can be a downer to your vacation. But other than that, vacation and trips were great! ”

”I came for Spring Break and have to come back again! From the drinks, the room, the environment including it room, AND THE BEACH! 10/10. Only thing I’ll recommend is bring your dinner reservations on the app prior to your stay to get a good restaurant. The buffet was 7/19, Again was 8/10, Mexican was 6/10 (margaritas were good), and Italian was 3/10…OVERALL OUR STAY WAS AMAZING”

”Wonderful vacation for a family of 7! From the moment we got to Lopesan, we were greeted by the nicest staff. Every employee went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be.
