Lomakoti kuin kukaan muu! Nauti tästä tilavasta, hiljattain sisustetusta, viiden makuuhuoneen, neljän kylpy-kodista. Tämä hotelli sijaitsee kätevällä paikalla yksinoikeudella Sea Pines -istutusalueella, vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja uudesta Beach Clubista.

Tässä ylellisessä kodissa on gourmet-keittiö, joka on täysin varustettu kaikkiin ruoanlaitto-tarpeisiisi. Suuri keittiö sisältää suuren saaren ja kolme tuolia. Keittiön ulkopuolella on ylimitoitettu ruokasali, pöydässä mahtuu yhteensä 10 henkilöä.

Koti oli sisustettu päästä varpaisiin Keramiikkalato ja Restaurointilaitteet.

Ensimmäisellä tasolla on makuuhuone, jossa parisänky, 55 Smart TV ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku. Seuraavassa kerroksessa toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, 55 Smart TV: ssä ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Seuraavassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, 55 älytelevisiota ja kylpyhuone suihkulla. Kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat kolmannessa kerroksessa: toisessa parisänky ja vuodesohva vyötäröllä ja toisessa iso sohva ja sohva / vyöry. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on iso kylpyhuone suihkulla.

Tarjoamme 2 muuta kuningatar kokoista ilmapatjaa, joita voidaan käyttää missä tahansa talossa.

Väitetysti tämän kodin paras ominaisuus on ulkona asuintila. Viihdytä vieraita tai rentoudu vain auringon alla aivan uudessa uima-altaassa, joka valmistuu maaliskuussa 2020, kalustetulla terassilla, missä ikinä valitsetkin, runsaat istuimet ja kauniit näkymät golfkentälle odottavat.

Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Islandin alkuperäinen ja suurin suunniteltu lomakeskus. Vaikka se on tällä hetkellä vuosittaisen Heritage Golf -turnauksen koti, se on runsas luonnonkauneus, joka kehottaa palaamaan yhä uudelleen. Viisi mailia valkoista hiekkarantaa tarjoaa uintia, purjehdusta, purjelautailua, melontaa ja kalastusta. Lovely property
Owner needs to improve check in procedure regarding Sea Pines passes. Passed should be included with rental price and mailed to renter in advance. Pool was not clean and could not be used. Normally with rentals you get complimentary soaps and shampoos, shower gels, etc. These were not provided..not a problem if renter knows in advance. Bikes were provided which was a big plus. Truly a great house for a big group.

Perfect family getaway
Beautifully decorated open grand size layout.Exellent for large families.Our 4 grown children and grandchildren enjoyed everything about this home.The pool was the main attraction and is very private with lush landscape.After enjoying all seapiines has to offer (restaurants,beach,golf,parks, shopping,water activities,cruises, petting zoo, horseback riding etc)you never have to leave the resort.Quiet street, friendly Spacious kitchen and dining room to enjoy meals.Master bedroom and bathroom are very impressive. Absolutely love everything about this home, will definitely book again.Location is perfect, close to everything,Seapiines will always be top choice in Hilton Head.

There are 8 full size bikes that are in great shape for guests to use. We loved the ease of Sea Pines for biking and walking. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property!
The photos didn't do justice to how beautiful this home was. The location was great to shopping and entertainment but secluded. The community has a lot to offer. There's plenty of room for everyone. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. The only negative is that 2 of the 4 bedrooms don't have TV's and the living room TV doesn't allow for HDMI access. Other than that, loved it. We will be back!

Nice Place!
Beautiful home in well situated location. Everything was as presented and we all enjoyed our stay. Extra quite and peaceful location. Really didn’t know what to expect after some of the reviews but we have no complaints and would be happy to have the opportunity to stay here again

Not a good experience...
We were a group of 8 staying in the house for 6 days. House is updated, well-decorated, and in a quiet/safe area. We did have several issues: -There are inaccuracies in the listing that were a significant inconvenience: (1) There are not 4 full bathrooms - there are 3 full and 1 half bath. (2) House is not 0.4 miles from the beach - it’s closer to a mile (15-20 min walk). (3) Each bedroom does not have a TV - only 2 do. -Host did not respond in days leading up to our reservation. A few hours before our flight I had to get in touch with VRBO because we still did not have any info on how to check-in. -House was minimally stocked. Only 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom. No trash bags, salt, pepper, shower supplies, laundry/dishwasher detergent, etc. -Pool was dirty with mildew and debris. Host claimed the weekly pool service had visited the day before, but we could clean it ourselves. The pool guy eventually came close to the end of our stay. -Host made us enter/exit via garage door opener. No key provided. During our stay, the opener stopped working so we were locked out for a few hours. The host suggested that my family members were not pushing the buttons properly. My wife and I had to interrupt golf to verify that it was not working. Host said he would send someone to fix but this never happened. -The thermostat would change the temperature that we set according to the host’s Nest account/schedules. I contacted the host, he said he’d look into it and never followed up.

Beautiful Home, Pool was not usable
The house was absolutely amazing, and the neighborhood was just beautiful. House was very clean, and our party of 10 had plenty of space to spread out. For some reason, I was not aware that every vehicle had to buy a pass to get in the gate. We bought paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps as previous reviews mentioned that the house isn’t very well stocked. That was not a problem. We were disappointed that the pool was not usable. It wasn’t well-maintained, appeared to have algae growth and water was draining at some point. I contacted property manager, who stated that he called pool company, but issue was never fixed. As the pool was one of the major reasons we decided to stay in this home, it was disappointing for those that prefer pool over beach. The house had bikes, and we used them to bike to the beach. That was fun for everyone involved. As some of the bikes were broken, I would recommend you bring your own if you have a large party and/or smaller children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a weekend away
This house is lovely & clean and was great for our large group! It does come with more than 6 bikes and some beach equipment, including a few chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The communication with Nick was a bit sparse, but the house was exactly what we expected. The location was also nice to balance activities within Sea Pines and close proximity to great restaurants outside the gate!

Incredible House

Great house!
Really nice house. Everything was clean and well Kept. No shampoo or body wash though and needed more trash bags. Otherwise really perfect stay we had a great time. The property is located in a private gated community so we felt very safe. Bikes were a great touch!

Nice house
This house was nice, but needed a few things that we had to get. It had a 4 cup coffee maker, so we bought a 12 cup, and there was not much toilet paper so we bought that too. The communication with the house manager was a bit scary, as we didn’t hear from him, and had to contact VRBO help line. Once we did hear from him, he was very nice.

Owner calls saying we broke into the property two days after we arrived..
Home was nice and matched photos but overall was a bad experience. The bathrooms were void of basic amenities and were very low/out of toilet paper. One of the bathrooms had a broken toilet seat and there were barely any trash bags in the kitchen. Those were the least of our issues. During our 3rd night there we had an unknown man ring our door bell. After answering the door, he tells us that the owner of the home is on the phone and would like to speak with us. My husband spoke with the owner of the home on the phone who began accusing us of breaking into the home (after he had already messaged us the garage code several days earlier). We were very confused as the owner accusing us of breaking in is the one who gave us the code in order to get in. He proceeds to tell my husband that if he refuses to give him information on who he is and why he is in the home, he will call the police on us. After a few minutes we find our reservation confirmation with VRBO and return to the unknown man at the front door to speak to the owner on the phone. He had finally calmed down from threatening to call the police and had found our reservation with VRBO. Apparently VRBO was having system issues and he was unable to see our reservation for a brief time. System issues or not, it is utterly unprofessional and off putting to send someone to your rental property to speak to your renter (customer) and threaten to call the police on them for breaking into your home. Besides being harassed by the home owner, the home overall was missing basic necessities. No laundry detergent or any bathroom toiletries that are most always provided (shampoo, soap) etc.

Property was okay. We had to deal with a broken toilet seat that I called on but the property manger said he would fix the next day but did not follow up with me untI 2 days later to tell us the repair person was sick. Very frustrating as one of our family members was pregnant and had to deal with a broken toilet seat during the entire stay. .

Great space & great location
We rented the property for bridesmaids to stay in for a wedding. The location is great and the space in the house is plenty for 8-9 adults. The only issue we had was the neighbors calling security on us for cars coming and going throughout the day of the wedding. They do not like cars parking in the empty lot across the street even if it is temporary. Overall, highly recommend the property and Nick was responsive and easy to get a hold of when we needed him!
