Your HHI home away from home!

Two-story townhouse in the heart of the Coligny area - 2 bed/2.5 bath, sleeps 8. The lower floor opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea station (stocked), dining area, half bath, and living room with a queen-size pullout couch, smart TV, plus games and books for your use during your staying. Glass siders walk out to a patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill (gas included), that overlooks the shared courtyard and pool. Laundry is just off the kitchen.

Moving upstairs, the first bedroom has a king bed and balcony overlooking the courtyard. The second bedroom has a king bed and twin-size bunk beds. Both are equipped with smart TVs. There are two full size bathrooms (showers, no tubs). Linens and towels are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows in the hall closet.

The condo is a very short walk to Coligny beach, dozens of restaurants (we have lots of recommendations!), Celebration Park with a large playground, live music venues, grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, and more.

Just a 5-10 bike ride or drive to some of the best golf courses in the southeast, as well as Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Shelter Cove.

Whether you're here for beach time, a family get-together, a romantic getaway, golf, biking, or just exploring the Lowcountry, we've got what you need. Welcome home.

Fabulous stay in heart of Hilton Head
The property is ideally located right in Coligny beach community, a short stroll to bars restaurants and shops of the plaza, on a quiet condo resort. We took advantage of the pool and easy walk to the beach. We have two small children and it was really accessible wander down with a wagon and kids in tow. The property provided beach chairs which were great to have, but there were so many amenities that were available we were very spoilt- the grill in the evening was a treat! We had great communication with the property regarding a recent repair, overall this place just felt like a home away from home. It was clean, spacious and finished to a very high standard, which allowed us to really relax into the holiday and would thoroughly recommend staying here!-We would love to book again!

Great Little Gem
We absolutely loved this property! Although we come down to HHI every year, it was our first time staying at this location. It was super clean and very comfortable. The pool is awesome and my kids loved being able to go there in the evenings as the water was always warm. The condo is a short walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach isn’t too far to walk with kids in tow. We will definitely be back to the island next year and hope to stay here again!

Fantastic stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, especially with children, as so many things were within walking distance. We walked to the beach, to the playground, and to dinner each night. The host was accommodating and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Short but Sweet Stay
We are from Colorado and were extremely pleased with the accommodations when we arrived after a long drive from my brothers place in North Carolina. It was very very clean and provided everything imaginable to help make our weekend stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect for us being first time to experience Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in the future.

This was our second trip to coligny villas. We love the location! It’s a quick walk or bike ride to beach, many restaurants and shopping. The condo was very nice and clean. Well stocked with anything you need for your stay. Very family friendly area. We plan to return!

Family Beach Trip
Great townhouse close to everything. Ten minute walk to beach with toddler and child. The space was wonderful for my family and parents. Stairs are a bit steep for little ones.Overall great stay !!

Perfect location close to it all!
We were visiting Hilton Head on a multi generational family trip through South Carolina. This townhouse was immaculate and perfectly situated in the heart of Coligny plaza. You can walk to the beach, breakfast, dinner- you name it. Monique got back to me minutes when I had questions upon arrival. The pool is steps outside your porch. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Excellent experience!
I can’t recommend this property enough! It was clean, well decorated, in the perfect location and finally, reasonably priced! The host was so accommodating and provided everything we could possibly need from laundry detergent to shampoo, etc. The property worked well for our 3 teens who like their own space. We will definitely be back!

Unbelievable Hilton Head Island Property & Host!
My wife and I had never been to HHI and this property was simply the best for our first visit! Tremendous location; a short walking distance to the gorgeous beach; an even shorter walking distance to shops and diverse local dining options. For golfers, the courses are close by and incredibly convenient to access. The property was clean, modern and so comfortable for us both. All in all, we will back to the Island and will stay again at this dream location too!
