”The location is excellent, right near the center of the old town. The service was better than most of the five-star hotels I've stayed in, many people always offering to give assistance and advice. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like they were too single Mattresses pushed together since they had kind of a hard part right in the middle. The heating was a little strange. If you close the curtains it covers the heater and so the heater will only heat what is between the curtain and the...

”The hotel is within short walking distance to town centre. Walking to appariton hill and cross mountian is pleasant specially when the weather is cooler. The ladies in reception are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast are attentive making sure there is always warm food and you have all you need. Have stayed twice in this hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to our next stay.”

”A nice, relatively small place with a great location in Mostar. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. The room had a nice view outside and the bed was great. The bathroom and shower could have been better but they were OK as well. The building had a historical feel to it. Overall a very good experience.”
