”A micro-burst thunderstorm killed the power with a long lead time to repair as we arrived. Mary (the manager) arranged very suitable accommodations in a nearby area with power. She transferred the Expedia funds to our new hotel before we could get to it, and we did not incur any additional funds. Mary did this while handling a multitude of other issues due to the storm. Get her a pay raise now. We went back a couple of days later for drinks and dinner. The bar and restaurant are excellent...

”We had an amazing stay at this unique property. Everything was beautiful and so comfortable. All of the spaces are large and well decorated. The bedroom is huge and the bed super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. We could not have had a nicer stay in this beautiful location. We will definitely be back.”

”We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”

”A real gem. Cabin is better than description, which was pretty good to start with! This is a remote cabin that has been meticulously cared for. The host has great communication. It has been the most seamless checkin/checkout progress of any place we’ve stayed at. Cabin comfortably slept the three of us in separate quarters. The climate control was set very comfortably, but could have been adjust with great airflow. Kitchen is well organized with fantastic gas stove. Exterior is a paradise....
