”I receievd a text asking me to verify my id. But the link didnt work. After spending nearly 45min on hold i was told the link sent through hotels booking was not correct. Ofcourse this was a premium rate number. After trying to complain the line was cut off. Also the shower was cold ”

”Great stay. Free parking. At quiet end of Broad St. As most properties are residential you do not get the noisy revellers trudging up and down the corridors at all hours. Apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. ”

”The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm.”

”Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! ”

”The apartment is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood which makes it ideal for families (What I was looking for) Our checking process was really smooth. We were received by our host on time at our meeting point and he gave us the tour of the apartment. The apartment had all the amenities that were listed on the website and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. Overall the experience from checking in to checking out was really awesome.”

”We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
