”Our family of 4 visited the area around Oberon to go fossicking and Hillcrest Farm Stay was a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. The kids particularly enjoyed the fire pit in the cold weather! The host, Neil, was very responsive in the lead up, and also hospitable and attentive during our stay. We will definitely be back!”

”The property was perfectly warm & comfortable for my husband, my granddaughter and myself. Paper towel & tissues wld be a good addition. The wifi password being available instead of having to contact the host. Greater care cld be taken with cleaning behind furniture etc. but all up a very comfortable & enjoyable stay. ”

”Amazing! We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The check in and out process was an easy. The house was perfect for our two families! The kids loved the fire place and looking for wombats. We were lucky enough to be able to check in earlier and leave late. The little touches didn’t go unnoticed from the choccy bickies, bottled waters and leaving the heating on so we were so warm when we came in! Thank you Sam, we will be back”

”Eugenia’s home offered a true piece of heaven overlooking the serene landscape adjoining Lake Oberon. We drove past admiring the breath taking view with giant granite boulders dotted all along the water’s edge, and sheep peacefully grazing on the hills, not realising this would be our vista for the weekend. ”wonderful weekend shared in cold wintery weekend. Just what we needed. The Convent is beautifully decorated and so comfortable.Really enjoyed the fireplace and heaters in. the rooms . ”A very special home. Immaculate presentation. From the moment you walk in. The bedrooms were amazing. Fine linen, such pretty bed coverings. Smelt amazing, so clean. Beautiful wildlife, the parrots were amazing and came to visit most mornings. kangaroos. this home is five stars. You come away inspired. Separate living spaces made is such a pleasant stay. ”Nice cottage with cooking facilities, e.g cooking plates and fridge. Very beatiful scene from the cottage. Living room had a fireplace. We spent three nights there. Jenolan caves about 20 min by car. Suggest to use two days for the caves. Every morning just after sunrise we saw several wallabies, one even afternoon walking just beside our cottage. Staff was very friendly, they even reserved us cave tickets, that I recommend to do. Enter the caves before noon to guarantee to get a parking place...
