”A good and cheap place to stay near Napier. Both the room and the hotel were spacious and the location is in a quiet area. Kitchen with fridge etc. for customer use, although in the morning it's a bit crowded when everyone is making breakfast at same time. Library with many activities is a nice bonus. There's also a large supermarket nearby.”

”Our check-in was delayed in the reception - not fault of the adm in lady, but.... it was dissappointing considering we had plans that afternoon - and that wait time chewed into what we had hoped to have time to do. The room (ground floor with 'ocean' view) was lovely, the bed super comfy, the view to the inner waterway (not ocean) was good enough. Bathroom was a good size but the shower pressure was very poor. ”I stayed here while on business. The location was great for me to use as a base going around the Hawkes Bay region. The staff were friendly, the room was in good order and there was plenty of parking. Loved the view of the marina in the evening and all the neighboring dining options.”
