”This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. ”Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay.”

”Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad.”

”Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. ”This motel is the best motel my wife and i have ever stayed in, everything was just perfect. Staff very pleasant even when we asked if it was possible to have a ground floor owing to my wife's disability. Not only did they accommodate us with a ground floor unit, they up graded us to a Grand suite at no extra expense. This has been our second stay and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Shepparton.”
