”There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. ”We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and had a lovely view from the balcony looking onto the water and out to the mountains. We loved that there was plenty of space for our little one to explore, and that he could have his own room. We went at a really cold time of year so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony or rooftop unfortunately but hope to come back another time in the spring to enjoy that. It was quite chilly in the main area...
