The cabin is in a forested area which was nice for sitting out on the deck (although you will most likely have to clean the table of tree debris daily) however there is no view of the mountains as the listing suggests. ”We were in Joseph for a family get together. This small but cozy cabin suited our needs well with one exception. It was 96 degrees during the day and no air conditioning. The fans that were provided did a good job of blowing hot air around the cabin, but “miserable” would be a good word to describe the heat. It did cool down at night, but we would never stay there again in the summer. Would a small window AC unit be too much to expect? And, check in time is 4pm, as the listing said. We arrived...
