”It is a lovely hotel. A couple of gripes though. No-one on reception for check in or out. Very expensive drinks (£70 for 3 glasses of wine and a pint of beer!). Very lumpy pillows. And the worst - no milk only revolting vegan oat milk - why are they catering for the minority not the majority? Made the nice coffee from the coffee machine undrinkable and I really need my morning coffee.”

”Nice friendly pub. Room was basic but clean with a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee. Breakfast was a bit disorganised as there was no menu as such and it was difficult to find out what was available. Good if you like a full English breakfast but otherwise poor. ”
