”The perfect stay in the butte. Clean, close to Elk Ave, close to the bus stops and anywhere in town you wanted to go on foot. No need to rent a car. Will be back, just not soon enough.”

”The location is amazing. Just a few minutes to the base lift and easy access to transportation into town. Having said that, we had to keep the window open for our entire stay due to the overwhelming and uncontrolled heat in the room. Fortunately, temperatures were in the high teens at night, which helped bring the room temperature down to the high 60s. There was no shampoo, no soap, But we figure we got what we paid for. ”The loft was perfect and located right in the heart of Downtown Gunnison. Complete walkability to restaurants and shopping. The Loft itself was very spacious, bright, and clean. The hosts left several personal touches for their guests. Great coffee bar set up!I wish I could have stayed longer. ”

”Good budget option. It’s a lot of room for the money, with high ceilings and a sitting room besides the large bedroom. Keep in mind that it’s on the first floor, right beside the exit. Ski boots and slamming doors begin around 8am. You can hear loud rock and roll from the lobby until late, like 11 o’clock. This room, as well as the rooms surrounding it are short term rentals, which allow dogs. Every room had dogs and there was a bit of barking. The management company is difficult to contact and...

”We loved the ski in, ski out accessibility. We also appreciated that our dog was welcome. The condo could use some updating, but it was functional and comfortable. Being on the first floor was a major plys! Would definitelybreturn.”
