”We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear condos. Since it snowed several times, it was lovely to be able to park in the garage. Our son is in a wheelchair and there was lots of wonderful space in which he could maneuver around. We also had easy access to the bed in his bedroom. After several emails (that were answered quickly) with the managers of the property, they were able to assure us that we would have the space that we needed for our son and his wheelchair. ”We hiked over West Maroon Pass to spend the night in CB. The property was perfect for us because we wanted to be in town. The property manager was lovely, reaching out to be helpful as soon as we committed to the rental. The house is very charming and cozy. Our bed was so comfortable and fresh.”

”Super fun place. Host was great at communicating before, during and after our stay. Perfectly located, walkable from downtown CB. Easy and protected parking. Space is efficient. The pull down bed is unique and is a good use of space. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy stay and would definitely stay again.”

”The studio apartment was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was a bit crowded as the studio is over the garage and entry is off the alley. That said it was relatively quiet and close to stores. A few suggestions: dish towels and/ or paper towels were not provided. Dishes couldn’t go in microwave which impacted some of my meal prep. No hand soap in kitchen although there was dish soap. ”Mountain Modern is in a glorious location. Surrounded by aspens and wildflowers with beautiful views of the valley, every minute was a treat! The apartment was spotless, spacious and as advertised. ”The location is amazing. Just a few minutes to the base lift and easy access to transportation into town. Having said that, we had to keep the window open for our entire stay due to the overwhelming and uncontrolled heat in the room.
