”Nice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but it’s good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing). One thing I didn’t like: had a room with an adjoining door to another room and could hear everything from my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. ”

”Great hotel!!! Noisy from the clubs nearby at night but the property grounds and rooms are great!! Great staff at the Yum Yum Fusion restaurant! Isacc was a great waiter. Bartender at the hotel was awesome too. Will definitely visit again. ”

”The location is perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants. Lots of bars for those party people near hotel. For shopping take The bus to La isla, it was super easy. The beach is perfect. There's also 2 big pools when the waves are too big for actual swimming. I recommend the ocean view rooms, The view was just amazing, even from floor 2. The room was very big but lacked few basic things. Like a trash bin and drinking glass that would have helped when brushing teeth. I didn't find drinking water...

”I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. Since our dinner ended up late most nights, we did not make it to any of the shows.
