”We loved the apartment for our family weekend at nearby Western Washington University. Great proximity to the university. The apartment was super clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and provided with cable TV, indoor and outdoor games and activities. We even had our little dog with us and she was welcomed at the apartment. Our hostess Stephanie was the best! She was very cordial and friendly, even offered their electric vehicle charger for my daughter’s rental. We would love to stay here...

”My wife and I were looking for a place to get away from the hustle. Orcas Island and particularly the Madrona Suite were just what we were looking for. The studio is spacious for two and very comfortable. The view out the large picture window is wonderful. There is wifi but no TV, which was fine with us. We brought a laptop and did stream a show or two with no issue. The hosts are very nice people. They provided us with information on the islands and left us to our own devices. If we hadn't...

”When we arrived the door code didn't work. It was cold and windy and rainy, we had a baby with us and we were carrying a bunch of luggage and baby equipment. We could not open the door. It was not easy to find a number to call. We called Windemere, and we did reach them to get the local number to call. Then we got a new door code. That was a very bad start though because we were cold and wet and stressed. Everything was perfect otherwise. ”

”This was an excellent base from which to explore Bellingham. I was thinking of moving to town and I was able to walk to all the downtown locations, and get easy access to other Bellingham neighborhoods. The apartment is really well organized with lots of nice detail. Would highly recommend. ”

”The room was brand new and in perfect condition. We enjoyed the common area with the ability to grab a morning coffee and as well do some laundry. The suite in the perfect location to explore Friday Harbor on foot. Would recommend, especially for larger groups as you can book multiple rooms and enjoy the common areas together! ”

”Killer spot just off the ferry. Super clean, sweet beds, walk to everything. Disc golf in Roche Harbor was amazing!”

”Property is newly built and very neat and clean. It's walking distance from the ferry terminal. There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. It gets very hot in the room.”

”We had a wonderful long weekend in the Fairhaven area while staying here. The guesthouse was perfectly located, spacious, clean, and lovely. Close to hiking areas and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back in the Bellingham area.”

”The property was lovely, and access to the beach from the backyard... priceless. Loved the ability to bring our pup along for the weekend. Great views and beautiful sunsets. A few things could use a little TLC, and the listing updated to reflect. Also a note that the septic system has a bit of an offputting sulfur smell, but totally appreciated the hot/cold water filter provided. ”

"The customer service was top notch and the place was otherwise great, too. There was no microwave in the room (as was mentioned in the text) but it was in the corridor. No biggie. All around good experience!"
