”When we arrived at Paradisus Punta Cana we were greeted by 4 pink flamingos in hotel lobby (small pond inside the lobby).That was great. Reception staff were selling us a Royal Service upgeade.First the price was over $800/ 9 nights extra, but in the end we got a discounted rate $600/ 9 nights/ 2 people. We bought it.Reception staff told us that with Royal Service upgrade we would get for example access to the adults only pool and bar,Royal Service lounge,Lapalapa restaurant and private beach...

”It is beautiful all around the resort. But the service could use some help .the service you get at the buffet is not as good as it should be. No one comes around to see if you need coffee.the smoking at the lobby is crazy at night it not fair for those who dont smoke. And the entertainment at night could uses a lot of help.”

”Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities. ”
