”Perfect comfortable house, in a charming, walkable town with great restaurants and convenient stores. We loved being only 1 mile to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain national Park to snowshoe all the trails. We loved being very convenient to the Grand Lake cross country ski center and driving distance to two other cross country ski locations. It was an amazing location! We plan to return.”

”The cabin was cute and comfy but, unfortunately, not very clean. Literally everything we tried to use, from silverware, utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cutting board to towels and bed linens had leftover food, smudges, stains, etc. The little (toaster) oven was absolutely disgusting - needs to be removed/replaced immediately. One of the snow shovels was broken. The hot tub water level was very low. There was also no hair dryer in the place so we had to make a call and have one delivered....

”This location had everything we needed for relaxation in between excursions to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed family time here, including roasting marshmallows outside in the firepit, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games from the cupboard and in the garage (ping pong, foosball). The kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was convenient. No complaints at all!”

”My brother and I stayed here for the ice fishing competition. We found everything we needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very inviting. The only feedback/suggestion…It did get a little chilly at night. It would have been nice to be able to adjust the heat.We will definitely be back!Thank you. ”

”The views from the property are amazing. We stayed in winter and the roads are pretty steep and tight to get to the property. The property has everything you would need and a nice back patio area to enjoy. There are stairs inside between the main kitchen and dining area to the living and bedroom. 2 full baths is nice. Would stay again and imagine it is wonderful any time of year. ”

”What a cozy little place! It was very clean, but everything is pretty much out of date. No smells. Allows pets. Great view of the mountains. You have to let the water run for quite a while before it turns hot. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear pretty much everything outside and in the rooms next-door. But beyond that, you pull right in front of your door so it’s extremely convenient. We ended up staying a second night because of the proximity of the national park. Great price and...
