Location is perfect and very close to 7 mile beach. the grounds are very clean; As it just opened there were a few things that could be improved; -No towels by pool, need to use your shower towels; -There was no safe in the rooms; -There were no vending machines for snacks or toiletries and on site cafe closes at 4pm, -In the rooms there was no coffee/tea- while...

”The Ricketts' property was quaint, cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The apt had everything I needed with no issues. It was perfect me. The communication process was flawless before and during my whole trip and they are VERY accommodating. The location of the property is not far from restaurants, food stores, beaches and shopping. ”An ideal location to explore the island. I appreciated all the beach and bath essentials provided. Clean, quiet space. Excellent internet if needed. ”

”Our villa was feet away from the beautiful ocean and we woke up to a view through a huge picture window. There is a great pool on the property and we could walk to several great restaurants. Yuri , the property manager greeted us and checked on us frequently. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking in the Caymanns. ”

”There is a nice private beach with chairs across the street that has some snorkeling. The balcony is nice. The bed is comfortable. Its a nice location to explore the entire island but you will need a rental car. The couch is too small to relax on with more than one person. The pans are borderline unusable if you want to cook. Overall it is a nice place that exceeds the cost we paid compared to other places on the island.”

”I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again!
