”Budget friendly but allmof the amenities. Hot tub, pool, and fire pot with a view. Conveniently located in relation to Capitol Reef NP. We hiked 3 trails and did a trout fishing trip during our 3 day stay. Hotel restaurant is limited and the cook doesnt know medium rare (was nearly burnt). Rooms were nice. Beds comfy. Clean, quiet atmosphere. We dismt want to leave, but on to another adventure....”

”Overall we were very pleased with the cabin. Just a few minor adjustments would make the cabin great. The pillows were very small and flat for a king size bed, they would likely fit a twin bed. The towels were thread bare and frayed. The chair in the room was comfortable but heavily stained. They do offer complementary coffee, pastry, fruit and granola bars for a quick breakfast, that was a nice touch. They also have a restaurant but we were only there for one night so didn’t get to eat there. ”

”The unit was clean and new and well supplied. There is an excellent heating and cooling unit that is very quiet. We were able to cook our breakfasts and dinners with the hot plate and microwave. It was quiet there. It was smaller than the pictures suggested. The couch is two feet from the dining table. But we managed. The floor is rough concrete - bring your slippers. We didn't use the loft but it would be fine for sleeping - but not standing up. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there. ...

”I have always wanted to stay in a tiny house, but hadn’t until now. I absolutely loved my experience at the Kaibab House! It has an adorable front porch, feels spacious inside, is decorated beautifully and tastefully, and was immaculately clean.
