Kyllä, mukana tulee oma veneramppi, lisää vain kalaa!
Äskettäin uusittu lomakoti, jossa on tilava suuri huone ja täysi ikkuna näkymä upeaan Rogue-jokeen, sisältyy HOT TUB! (uida ja kylpyamme omalla vastuulla)
Koti on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 1/2 kylpyä ja bonushuone, joka voi nukkua ylimääräisiä vieraita. Siinä on iso keittiö kaikilla uusilla laitteilla, keittosaari, kahvila ja viininjäähdytin rentoutumiseen päivän päätteeksi. Jos päätät yöpyä päivässä, hotellissa on 2 erillistä iso näyttö-tv, pelipöytä ja puuhella viihtyisyyttä varten.
Joen puolella on suuri katettu kansi, jolla on upea BBQ-tila (sisältyy hintaan) viihdyttäväksi tai yksinäiseksi, lisää vain kabobit.
Takapihoihin kuuluu ulkokäyttökaivo, josta voi nauttia viileästä ilmasta.
Kalastus? kyllä riippumatta siitä, ajatko omaa venettäsi tai palkatko paikallisen oppaan, Rogue on kuuluisa lohen, Steelheadin ja taimenen kalastuksesta. Muista unohtaa veneesi, kajakkisi tai putket, jotka voit käynnistää kiinteistöstäsi, tai vain chillillä pankissa suosikki lepotuolissa.
River House sijaitsee Medfordin ja Grants Passin välissä, josta pääsee helposti Ashlandiin ja historialliseen Jacksonvilleen. Puhumattakaan mahdollisesta kiertueesta Rogue Valley -viinitilat ja kaikki Oregonin eteläiset alueet tarjoavat.

Great place for a fall getaway!

Fall in River House
This property is comfortably appointed, has a beautiful layout and provides gorgeous views of the Rogue River and surrounding mountains. Its close to shopping and recreation. Enjoyable getaway
We have stayed at this property a number of times now, and each has been more relaxing than the last. The area is great for exploring different interests; wineries, antiques, food or just reading and hanging by the river. First time for our friends and they loved the house and property. Lovely home on the Rogue
We were 6 adults (3 couples) and stayed at Doug & Krysti’s place a few nights before a multi day rafting trip and loved it. The home is near the interstate, but we did not hear any noise from it (there is a train track across the river). It took under 2 hours for us to get to Crater Lake from the Vrbo. The home is spacious and well laid out. The rooms were quiet and had comfortable beds. The master bedroom did get a little warm as there’s only one small vent, but there were a few fans to help. Kitchen was well equipped and even had an air fryer. I would stay here again when in the area.

Comfortable family home
We had a great stay at the River House. The house was comfortably large for our family vacation (3 couples with dogs). The fenced in yard, with a nice grassy area, was great for lawn games and enjoying the view of the river. The easy river access included a little sandy beach and the water temperature was very perfect during the hot weather. The house was well equipped with the staples, a nice coffee bar area, plenty of dishes and utensils. We had everything we needed and more. It was great having two living room spaces. We used one for puzzles and the other for hanging out and watching movies. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The location of the house was super convenient for water activities in the Grants pass area as well as local. We enjoyed a day up at Willow Lake

National Park getaway
My wife and I stayed here for a week to explore 3 national parks. A great location if you are trying to do all 3 (still 1300 miles in a week to see them all). The hot tub is perfect for resting those tired hiking legs. The deck overlooking the river is wonderful. The house has everything you will need or want! We would definitely stay here again!!

A nice getaway
We have stayed here a few times now and it's been a really nice getaway each time. The property mgr/owner(s) are easy to work with and get back to you quickly with answers to any questions. The property is central to so much in the southern part of the state you can find something to do or like us just relax and enjoy the river. Great fenced yard for our dog, loves exploring the whole property. Looking forward to staying again.

Family Reunion
This is a beautiful house and location! My family planned a family reunion near Medford (where some of them live). We attended the Shakespear festival, did a jet boat tour on the Rogue, and visited local sites like the Oregon Vortex. Doug kindly gave us permission to use the house and yard for family barbecues. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The kids/cousins enjoyed playing in the yard, card games, fishing, movies in the extra movie room. There is a guitar available to play and my son enjoyed it so much he is considering lessons. My mother just had hip surgery and was using a walker—the place was easy for her to navigate and she told me the chairs were more comfortable than her own home. We all hope we can continue to return in the future.

Excellent river house
I loved the layout of the house and the feel. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with really soft sheets. We enjoyed a game of sorry and my daughter loved the bar seating. I enjoyed the porched and a little time in the river. We didnt use the hot tub but loved that oprion. What a great area and house we will return!

It’s as picturesque as the photos. You are so close to nature with the river at your feet but still very close to the town which is very convenient. The house is so welcoming and has everything you need including a very nice hot tub.

Fantastic
This was our 2nd time we stayed at this home and, as usual, it provided us a week of absolutely relaxing and being lazy. It was big enough that we were able to friends come down for the day and go fishing with us. The house was immaculate and the location on the river was wonderful. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the view!

Very nice river house
Excellent property situated right on the Rogue River. The house is quite large, clean and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms as well as an extra tv room/den so had plenty of room for visiting grandkids. The Host is very accommodating and attentive. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we return to this area.
