”Small an cozy hotel. Good service and the rooms were decent and in good shape. Only 4 rooms per floor. The only negative was that the noise from the street was something that you need ear plugs in order to sleep. The wine and cheese hour nice. The price was also reasonable. The public transportation options were close by and central park was just a walking distance away.”

”The Berkshire Suite was large and comfortable and quiet in the back of the hotel. Very comfortable. Superb location. Restaurant could use some attention but good food. Most staff were very pleasant. Agree there should be a fridge and coffeemaker in every room for the four star rating and price. Would stay here again for the quality of the room and location. ”

”Romer's was good, staff was friendly, room cleaned nicely every day. Area and rooms surprisingly quiet even though horel is in the middle of NYC. Pleasent surprise. We absolutley reccomend. Only downside was the breakfast, which we Europeans most likely just expect to be different. There was basically just sweets and pastry, no bread/ healthy options . ”

Good location but rooms need updating

"We stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location is great! The room was quite spacious but worn. Airconditionong was very loud and did not seem to be heating at all. You could hear the noise from the street very clearly so we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The staff seemed frustrated in general and did not even wish us a good day when we left or ask how our stay was. We ender up changing hotels for our remaining 3 nights and it was definitely worth it."

Perfect family stay in NYC

"We just wrapped up a 10-day stay at Hotel Beacon in New York City, and it was the perfect spot for our family. Traveling with two small kids can be tricky, but this hotel made it much easier. The kitchenette in our room was an absolute lifesaver—having a place to whip up quick meals or snacks for the little ones was such a relief. It’s not something you find in every NYC hotel, so it really set this place apart for us. The location on the Upper West Side is fantastic. We were just a short walk away from the subway, which made getting around the city super convenient. Central Park is also close by, which meant plenty of green space for the kids to run around. Plus, there are tons of great local spots for coffee, groceries, and dining, so we always had options. The staff at Hotel Beacon were genuinely friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were great with our kids, which made the stay even more comfortable. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Overall, Hotel Beacon gave us a great base to explore NYC, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it, especially for families!"

"Hotelli oli toki arvostettu jo etukäteen kahdella tähdellä mutta kyllä huone olisi tarvinnut todella päivityksen, kylpyhuoneessa ainakin siellä peili rikki ja kylpyamme todella surkeassa kunnossa."
