”Place was as advertised. No surprises. Place was clean and inviting. We were there for the motorcycle rally and it was nice to have a garage to park the bikes at night. Even the neighbors were nice and friendly.”

”Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

”The 2 floors worked well as the kids could all go upstairs. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was also close to the beach and playground which was a plus. The host was awesome to work with and answered all our questions. I would definitely rent here again.”

”3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house.”
