You can hike directly to Tazones and a few other routes right from the property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen has decent cookware and good silverware and plates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

”The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. The beach is 5 minutes down the road whereas the downtown restaurant area is about 20 minutes away. If you’re using Google Maps and taking the shortest route carry a flashlight for the walk...

Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay.”
