”Nice apartment near to central was clean and nice having almost everything wash machine, iron. Also opposite to our room there’s a Bar, in weekend u can hear drunk people so loudly, for me was fine cuz couldn’t sleep so I joined them. bed needed to be adjusted cuz its falling to the middle .”

”Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. There is a common kitchen with all the amenities: a small oven, gas, electric kettle, so it was super convenient to also make some simple...

”This owner was completely unresponsive! I reached out multiple times before check-in to get travel information and notify him of my arrival, and you know what? He ignored every single message! When I finally showed up at the location, it was a ghost town—no one was there! I immediately reported this unresponsive owner to VRBO support, and they assured me they would find me an alternative accommodation the same day. Well, guess what? It's been over 14 days, and I still haven't seen a single penny...

”Terrible experience. We couldn’t stay in this property, because the host said that they have other guests. They didn’t care about our reservation. Even the host said they don’t have account with expedia. The VRBO agents just said SORRY, you can grt your refund. And we could finnaly find another hotel at 10pm via other website, because VRBO with expedia couldn’t find any solutions for us. If you are going to book this property, please think twice. ”
