”This property is in a great location for my event at the conference center. Everything was walkable, even with construction in the area. The Royal Blue Market was just a few minutes walk, so I could stock my studio easily. The staff was friendly, and I felt safer because they were always aware of who was coming and going. I enjoyed the fitness center as well as the pool area - great amenities. The studio itself was clean, had all the necessities, and had plenty of room for a solo traveller....

”Really nice apartment. Instructions for checkin seems at first long but they are clear and purely to guarantee safety. So it was perfect. Check out also easy. Then place is great and also even if there are many apartments, walls and floors are very insulated and you cannot really hear noise. Also right 5 minutes walk from the place there is a storage place in a laundry shop that is convenient and reliable. ”

”Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. ”

”Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

Being a single woman with some physical limitations (especially after a long trip) it would have been wonderful to have someone assist in unloading luggage and delivering to room.
