”De accommodatie heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Davide heette ons vriendelijk en hartelijk welkom. Het huis is zeer schoon en uitermate goed uitgerust, heeft een geweldig mooi uitzicht en diverse mooie terrassen. Het zwembad is helemaal geweldig. de woning is rustig gelegen met veel privacy maar alle bezienswaardigheden zijn goed te bereiken.”

”We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!”

”The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

”Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. ”Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

”The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. ”
