”We enjoyed our stay at Villa Ana Y Garcia. The villa was cleaned to a very high standard. But we felt that only providing 3 toilet rolls for 6 people was very unsatisfactory. The third bathroom is located at the pool area on the lower level which meant 2 of our family had to leave their bedroom, go out and down to the pool area to use the toilet and shower facility. We selected the villa because it identified 3 bathrooms so this was a little disappointing to discover that one of them was not...

”Lovely Villa. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as lots of stairs as on two levels. Some aspects very dated and in need of some general maintenance but did not stop our enjoyment. Take your mosquito repellent and buy some citronella candles as we got bit many times whilst sitting out under the covered seating area. This is to be expected as the villa is right up in the hills surrounded by trees. Our biggest issue was the fact we were unable to get a taxi into Frigliana or Nerja. Each...

”Owner met us in Frigiliana as arranged and allowed us into the property 2 hours early, which was welcome. Lovely rustic property with beautiful, clean pool. Facilities were fine and air-con worked well. The bedroom is up in the eaves of the villa with a sloping roof, so if you are tall, like me, be prepared to keep ducking to avoid the exposed beams. Also, the stairs are a little tricky to negotiate as quite steep. The bed was ok but not great especially as the fitted sheets did not stay fitted...
