”Lovely quiet position, clean and comfortable accommodation. Christmas decorations were put up for us and lots of welcome goodies. A disappointment only came as we arrived at 13:00 as we had been advised we were welcome after 12:00 as a special arrangement but unfortunately the house keeper was unaware of this . ”Unique location ...close to Loch Ness boat tours, gas station/grocery about 2 blocks away and variety of restaurants. I recommend The Bothy for dinner. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues....up multiple flights of stairs...you should move on. Communication was great and arrival instructions clear. Combo washer and dryer was the only negative experience we had...instructions were left but had never used one before and couldn't get the hang of it....surely my error.”

”Alright my mother is 74 and aunt 68 and in good shape but hauling our luggage 6 flights of stairs was a challenge. Just be prepared to pack an overnight bag and you'll be happier. You have to make reservations for the pool but the view was amazing. ”

”We enjoyed very much our stay at Sneuk Head. The cottage was clean (not spotless 😊, but clean), well equiped, and close to luxury as we were 3 so we had each a bathroom, though "only" 2 showers! On top of this, there are plenty of activities to do nearby, and the house is close to the A9 if you want to go further. The host was very responsive to the various questions we had and always very kind. All in all, we'd be very glad to come back there if we have another opportunity.”

”This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. I would still recommend trying to arrive with light left in the day because the view of Loch Ness is nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this property and...

”We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room.
