”Beautiful room with spectacular views. We had the corner king room and it was great. Immaculately clean. The front staff was terrific, very helpful. We interacted with Lavender and Audra and both were super helpful and pleasant. The check in process is a little funky as you don't get a "key" but you get a link to use to open your door. ”The hotel is conveniently located near various subway stations. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for food. Places in the Financial District are within walking distance.
The hotel is nice and comfortable. I sometimes needed to wait for an elevator for a while (there are three), but never for too long. There is construction going on around the hotel, but it did not bother me in terms of noise.
The room and bed were comfortable as well. The room was very quiet. There is no fridge...

”We enjoyed the location of the hotel! The property felt safe and clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
