”Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

”We had a few minor issues, Vacasa responded immediately to assist us. The only feedback was lack of extra bedding like a blanket in the bed or an extra blanket. Our bedroom was right off the walkway and needed room darkening curtains as the blinds didn’t block the light but that is more if a personal issue that I need full dark to sleep, Vacasa was very good, woukd rent again. ”

”We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. ”

”I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

”We came during off season for a sporting event so all the restaurant and activities weren't open. But the staff was super friendly and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the Board Walk area and hang out there at night. Still waiting on my receipt and incidental charge to be put back on my card. The hold isn't matching up with what I was told so we will see.”

”The beach trip was much needed and this hotel provided a great relaxing view of the ocean with direct beach access and complimentary beach chairs. The free morning coffee was a welcomed touch of hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and smiling. I liked the 2 pools 1- outside temps and 1 - heated along with a hottub. Plenty of outdoor seatingnear the big pool with several tvs outside also. Its just a few mins drive over the bridge to most food places in Ft Walton beach...
