”The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

”We came to Rochester to visit The Strong- National Museum of play, and this was the MOST perfect apartment rental to stay In for the weekend. The game room downstairs and playground on premise is gold for a family’s traveling with kids! We actually play on making it a new annual family tradition to visit The Strong and hopefully stay at this great place!”

”Very nice property, looks like a hotel, but is actually a group of timeshare condos. We had a 2 bedroom unit with a living room kitchen area and three full bathrooms. One bedroom had a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, plates, however no spices, etc that are typically left in other rentals. The pool area is nice, but be warned it is also used by non-renters, so it was very crowded with kids from the nearby area.”

”I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. ”

”EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.”
