”The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

”The condo was cozy, clean and conveniently located for our family. Everything you need is provided, communication was quick and clear. The kids thought it was the coolest place ever and “way better than a hotel room!” If baseball brings us back to the area we’ll most definitely cook again.”

”Very clean and quiet. Close to skiing, the water park and Gutchess Lumbar Sports Park. Very thoughtful with paper products, towels, sheets and soap and shampoo. Extra bonus…heated bathroom floors!”

”We really enjoyed the condo It was perfect for a weekend wedding we were attending . The condo was very clean and had all the necessities for a five day stay. The view was fantastic , very peaceful and great place for walks I. The morning along the lake front. Super close to everything. ”

”Very nice property, looks like a hotel, but is actually a group of timeshare condos. We had a 2 bedroom unit with a living room kitchen area and three full bathrooms. One bedroom had a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, plates, however no spices, etc that are typically left in other rentals. The pool area is nice, but be warned it is also used by non-renters, so it was very crowded with kids from the nearby area.”

”We came to Rochester to visit The Strong- National Museum of play, and this was the MOST perfect apartment rental to stay In for the weekend. The game room downstairs and playground on premise is gold for a family’s traveling with kids! We actually play on making it a new annual family tradition to visit The Strong and hopefully stay at this great place!”
