”We stayed in the front room with two twins. the room was very clean and moderately spacious. The host, John, was very friendly and accommodating. He makes a delicious breakfast. No elevator, but John accommodated us with a lower-floor room. We will consider staying again when in Southampton. ”

”It’s a 3 star stay but with 5 star cleanliness and service, lovely people and the room was big with a very clean comfortable bed, the decor was nice enough but a little rough around the edges, certainly why it’s a 3 star- fresh paint but not to the highest of standards, functional furniture but needs updating etc, I would stay there again.”

Jaoimme vessan kolmen muun huoneen kanssa. Tästä ei tullut ongelmia, esim. että vessa tai suihku olisi ollut alvariinsa varattu. Vessan pyyhettä vaihdettiin 3 -4 kertaa päivässä ja käsikuivainkin siellä olisi ollut.”

”A late check-in was no problem, this was much appreciated! The room was compact and cosy, bed was fine. En-suite bathroom good, shower OK, easy to operate. TV mounted in a great position to watch in bed. The property and surrounding area was quiet at night, slept easy with the window open. A fan was provided but was rattling and very noisy so I did not use it in the end. Hunters Lodge was an ideal choice for a 1-night stay. Didn't get to try the breakfast but I might next time - I have another...

”We stayed one night at the hotel. It was easy to find and had a good car park. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got information of restaurants nearby where we could have dinner. It was a 15 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. The room was quite small, but had all we needed. The breakfast was tasty :) ”

”Lovely room, really helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Position on sea front couldn’t be better with direct access to lovely walks. Whilst food not available on Monday and Tuesdays, the Beachcomber was get for breakfast and only a short walk away. Would definitely stay again.”

”A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. ”

”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”

”Stayed with my young family, sister and mum in this extremely well equiped lodge which was situated on a very quiet part of Shorefield holiday park. The lodge was amazing value for money and contained everything needed for a relaxing break. We have stayed at Shorefield before and its a great location with indoor/outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, arcades etc. Amazing break and we will be renting this lodge again!”
