”Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!”

”This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

”We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay. ”

”Looking for a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3 bath BEACHFRONT location on Exuma? LOOK NO FURTHER and book Coconut Breeze! 3 couples had a perfect stay at this home loaded with amenities such as comfy outdoor furniture, covered porch, grassy yard with swaying palm trees, a 2nd covered porch w/ table that seated 6 persons for outdoor dining. Clean BBQ grill. Floats/inner tubes, 2 boogie boards, 6 chaise lounges for sunning -all overlooking the prettiest blue water in the world. The pics on VRBO do not do...

”Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. ”

”We were so pleased with our choice of this property! It is perfect in every way. The owners have thought of everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The house manager, Lynda, was wonderful and communication was so helpful. They provide great items to play in both the pool and ocean. There is not one thing I can recommend for this property! ”The house was spacious and was a really great property. There were plenty of water toys and equipment that we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size. The pool and the views were beautiful. Easy access to the beach and very walkable. The pictures on the website are a perfect representation of the property. ”This vacation was my daughter’s senior trip, and it was definitely one that we’ll cherish! Beach blanket was everything that we hoped for! The home had everything that we needed…down to the multiple coolers, kitchen appliances and beach chairs and umbrellas. It’s located in the perfect spot! The property manager deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! She answered all my questions in such a timely manner and was super helpful! We can’t wait to return to beach blanket in the future!”

”We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was fabulous from top to bottom. Sam the property manager was so attentive and went above and beyond to make my mom feel special for her 70th bday. They were all so communicable and responded super quickly. My mom said it was the best birthday ever! The house was exquisite, and had a great location. We loved the guidebook that came with it too for things to do and taxi services. We will be back for sure!!!!! ”
