Everything we needed was provided including bikes to ride around the island, snorkels, reef shoes, pool noodles, canoes, filtered water, and free wifi. ”Our one bedroom apartment was spacious for two. Amenities (cutlery / crockery) were adequate. The entire facility was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Had a laundry service available (10 F$ for a large load), and provided a rack for drying. The bar and restaurant were good with quite an extensive Indian / Thai menu - enjoyed all meals. Wine store on hand (Indulge), and the Crab Shack is just 10m walk down the road (recommended). Would definitely stay again.”

”We loved our stay at Te Vakaroa! We had an upstairs two bedroom villa with an awesome view across the lagoon to the ocean… walk out the front past the pool and your on the sand and swimming! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, another toilet down stairs with a washer and dryer.. big lounge area and balcony.. right next door to the sailing club with cafe bar… a short walk to the pacific resort or nautilus where we went for food and cocktails… Awesome location and we are booking again for next...

Quality stay in paradise!

"Overall a great place and the atmosphere and service was fabulous! You can find quiet spots by the beach even if you’re in the ”family” side. The pool area was pretty crowded when it was sunny, so in order to get a sunbed you have to go there either early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The only minus comes from the fact that the rooms are not soundproof- you can’t hear the neighbours but you can definitely hear everything happening outside, constantly passing shuttles, people talking etc. Not the biggest problem for us but might be for someone :) "
