”We stayed May 2024. The house is basically brand new and a gorgeous build. It’s not beachfront, and doesn’t offer much in terms of views, but its price friendly accordingly and it’s easy proximity to a couple convenient spots in town came in handy (particularly the British deli that did some great egg sandos). ”We had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving here with our extended family 14 adults ranging from 23 to 83 and it exceeded all expectations! We have rented 8 different homes up and down the mid-Atlantic coast over Thanksgiving weekend and this was one of the best. The property was clean, well kept and had ample room for all of us. ”House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee.
