"Second time in this hotel. A year ago had a twin room with an amazing view, now paid again for a twin room with a view. Didn’t get the view but room was bigger and better. Breakfast was good, I’m not a fan of English breakfast but there are plenty of other choices available. Hotel pays you five pounds if you skip cleaning, but cause there’s not a proper place to hang your towels, that’s not easy money to get. The only complaint was the taxi ordered from the hotel to Paddington station. The receptionist didn’t mention that taxi driver wanted the payment in cash! That was the only time during that week we needed cash."

"We stayed 4 nights and would stay again. The decor and atmosphere was trendy, youthful and chill and everywhere was clean. The staff were genuinely friendly. The only downside was the mattress on the bed, which wasn't very firm. However, we slept well. Blackout curtains worked as advertised. The location is excellent. Across the road is a small grocery store and downstairs is the hotel's cafeteria. It's a short walk to Tower Bridge, the C10 bus leaves in front of the hotel and takes you to Big Ben on the opposite bank of the Thames. Public transport works well in the city and you can usually pay for the ticket with a card contactless payment or Google Pay. We can recommend!"

"Small room, squeaky bed and floor. Walls are not isolation almost any noise. Free breakfast was minimal and with additional payment you will get warm food. Good thing is that rooms are relatively cheap, you get free water, fruits, cookies, and candies. And you get place to sleep. So this is good option to stay."
