”Stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I've ever met! The people are really friendly, and will help you if you have any problems at all. For example, the WiFi I bought to use around the city didn't work at start, and Stefani was kind enough to actually call the company and sort it out for me, even though it took almost 15 minutes! The location is also great, it has a 24/7 7 Eleven just on the opposite side of the street, and it's right next to the Myeongdong...

”Clean everywhere but underneath the bed. There was air-conditioning and tv in the room but we didn't try if they worked. The wifi seemed to have some problem but we didn't bother asking about it. Other than that, everything seemed to be in good condition. We didn't try the breakfast. The rooms had poor sound insulation against noise from within the building. There was no noise from outside even though there's a market/shopping street right below. The escape system to exit the window is silly...

”Seoul Station in 5 minutes walking, the hotel at 3rd floor without elevator, the Receptionist allowed me (with my 7 YO children) early check-in at 9AM, our room a city view.”

”The view was amazing!!! This hotel is on the upper floors of the building. The ground floor is Starbucks. The hotel desk is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are big. The bed is comfy. The shower is big and updated. This was a great stay. ”
