”The property was outstanding, with gorgeous views it’s a must get away! The hosts Mindy and Ian are incredibly accommodating and hospitable would check up on us from time to time, making our stay truly enjoyable and feel at home. It was a great experience, the villa is very clean and everything is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely come back. Thanks to the lovely couple for sharing their gorgeous place with us. ”

”The property is a duplex that is shared by a permanent tenant. It is well appointed and fits two people adequately. Only complaints are the walls are a bit thin, the back door had the window slider backwards (so someone could open it from the outside) and the Keurig coffee pot was broken. The host was quick to communicate and apologized for the issues. I had no issues finding street parking. There is a separate outdoor seating area that you can use that is not pictured in the photos. ”

”My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. Next time I won't even rent a car (even though it was no problem finding street parking). We enjoyed walking on the bike path to get coffee and then...

”This was a very fine, well-equipped condo in a great location. We want to particularly mention Monica, who very helpfully assisted us with check-in over our phone, as we were traveling on our way to Palm Springs and did not have access to our usual email. One minor note for older couples like ourselves is that the unit is on the second floor with fifteen steps going up to it. Except for that, very minor, inconvenience, we very much enjoyed our stay!”
