”The front desk employee went inside our room and took our dog to the front desk since she was barking (we were unaware that one of us needed to stay in the room, we had went next door to dinner for 30 minutes) and did not call until *after* they had done so. We were understandable to the policy, but the fact that they did not call first and after was infuriating. Luckily our dog is super friendly.”

”When I made my reservation, I made one that included breakfast for two. Two. However, when my husband and I went to get breakfast, we were charged almost $50! I told the gentleman that breakfast was included with our reservation and he said yes ma'am, and continued to charge me. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel again.”
