”Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. ”

”The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. ”

”We arrived before checkin and were allowed to get in our room, nice after a long flight. Parking was easy off the street and in a secure lot and the bellman helped us with our bags right away. At night a nearby restaurant was a great choice to walk to and there was a bank across the street to get a good exchange from US $ to pesos. The next night we ate at the hotel restaurant which was fine. Their breakfast each morning started our day’s adventures.”
