”The service was exceptional. Staff was very patient. I got lost coming from the self parking garage and i spoke to the assistant signature manager, susan schireman. She personally escorted me to the proper elevator. When i got to my room later, she had left a gracious note and complimentary food to apologize for my trouble. I had never experienced such service. Not only from her, but from the outdoor pool restaurant, firepit service and indoor restaurant, it was clear that the staff was...
