This Charming Ca.1907 Cabin is situated right in the middle of all of the conveniences and amenities of Downtown Estes Park. Experience one of the original Estes Park Cabins and enjoy the convenience of walking 1 block and being in the center of all of the action. Historic character, charm and privacy that you wont find in a hotel. The winding Black Canyon Creek and the Knolls Nature Reserve are just 300 feet from the Cabin, across the historic Macgregor Avenue where you can Fly Fish, bicycle or Hike to make your Estes Park vacation experience Perfect. Bond Park is a block away, where you can walk to the Town's ever popular outdoor activities and events, with restaurants and shopping just feet away. There is nothing better than being on vacation in Estes Park and being able to walk to restaurants, shops, wineries, Distilleries, Breweries and the Legendary Laura's for ice cream or fresh Fudge for dessert--no searching forever for premium parking in town!! The historic Stanley Hotel is visible from the front yard.

When you are done having fun downtown, take the Rocky Mountain National Park Shuttle (seasonal-check dates) to your favorite trail-head for an unforgettable experience hiking in one of the most amazing creations in the world. At the end of the day, come back to the Cabin and enjoy our BBQ on your own private porch, or cook in the fully appointed kitchen for those cooks out there.
Top off the perfect day and re-charge in your own PRIVATE Hot Tub in the fenced in yard (Pssst..Yes, you really don't have to share!) Don't worry, this is NOT a "community-shared" Hot Tub, it really is all yours!

Perfect small cabin experience.
This is such a nice cabin/house in an excellent location. It is small with two adults and a child filling it up completely. Only minor issue we had was that the access instructions were not in the App and had to go get online access to get to the email with the instructions. I highly recommend this vacation rental house! Good location, nice cabin.
Spent 4 nights here. Almost daily an elk would walk right by the cabin. The hot tub felt great after days of hiking in RMNP. There is a lot to do in the area. The host responded quickly and got a minor issue handled right away.

Cabin was small and cozy, really enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Walking distance to Estes and short drive to RMNP where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location
Great location if you want to walk to town. Hot tub was nice. Mattress was fairly new and super comfortable. Cannot give it 5 stars because it is a bit worn - carpet needs to be changed out, has an odor. But we did not spend a lot of time in the cabin- we went to the National Park and explored town, so it suited our needs.

An Amazing Getaway!!
This cabin is absolutely adorable and very clean! The perfect size for a couple. Walking distance to downtown, where there are great restaurants and shopping. Soaking in the hottub after a long day of shopping or exploring the park is a great way to end the day! Karine is a very responsive host. Will definitely come again!

Lovely long weekend
The location is perfect! The cabin is clean, well cared for and cozy. Visiting in March, we spent a good amount of time inside and found the old loveseat to be ok for 1 person but a bit uncomfortable for 2 to relax. The hot tub was wonderful and the bed was comfy. When we arrived the WiFi wasn't working but a quick call to Karine and she got it going for us quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

It was really great. It was within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do. The hot tub was nice the night we used it. It was near perfect. The only problem we had was that neither TV would work. Other than that the trip was perfect.

Charming Cabin
We had such a lovely time. The weather was bitter cold outside, but we stayed plenty warm in this little romantic and charming cabin. The location was excellent and while it was too cold to walk anywher, but we want to come back in the summertime so we can take advantage of all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are a few things to note: the wifi isnt great. Also the dvd player did not work. These are minor things to us. We didn't use or check out the hot tub, but look forward to this on our next visit. We give this place and Karine, the property owner, 5 stars! We will be back in a few (warmer) months! Thank you!

Great location; good place
Location is SUPER - one block from center of town. Cozy place with a well-appointed kitchen. Couch and decor dark and old appearing; that and stinky air freshener were minor drawbacks.

Cozy cabin
We enjoyed our week’s stay. It was a charming little place and quaintly decorated. Our only complaints were the couch was worn and very uncomfortable to sit on and the blinds in the bedroom didn’t cover the window. We ended up throwing bath towels over the valance and problem solved.

Perfect little cabin and well stocked
This cabin was perfect for a little getaway with my husband. The cabin is perfectly located to walk to downtown Estes Park, and is a 10 minute drive into RMNP. We have stayed in a lot of rentals, and this was by far the best stocked - coffee, spices, etc. in the kitchen, and large shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, face wash, and lotion in the bathroom. We will definitely stay here again! One caveat - we were in RMNP each day for about 10 hours. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the cabin, it is quite small. Perfect for us because we used it just for breakfast and to sleep. But, if you like to spend a lot of time in the cabin, it would be small.
