”Cheaper hotel in Val dIsere, whereby younger guests staying in this hotel. Youth party a few nights. Hotel personnel interrupted the party fairly quickly. rooms good, but we could not adjust the heating in the rooms, which were fairly warm. Personnel very helpful and kind!”

”Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. Such a shame as otherwise the hotel would be great. Bed and breakfast would therefore be much better. Staff were very helpful but if you need to buy ski...

The staff were incredible—our bags didn’t arrive for three days, and they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They also helped us book all our ski activities and transportation, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfy, and the price was great. Highly recommend! ”
