”I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was filthy when I arrived. The towels, bed sheets, floor, and other surfaces were covered with hair. The sheets appeared to be unwashed, and the entire bed was in a shocking condition. ”Hotel was fully booked and we got smaller room than promised in the confirmation. That was fixed the day after. Introduction text at hotels.com is a bit missleading. There are no views from all of the rooms. Our ”views” were to a parking area and to an inside alley with aircondiotion machines etc. Twin beds are rare. Breakfast is great! All in all a good choice in Jerusalem Old City. Service is normal professional. ”
