”Staff were lovely and the room had a couple of extra touches I wasn’t expecting like bottles of water. The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot. Other than that, great.”

”Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call”
