Open-plan living and dining room has everything you need to feel at home in a sociable setting.
You will find a spacious, comfortable corner sofa to relax on and enjoy the ocean and mountain views, a 55' Smart TV for cozy film nights, and a dining table for six.

The outdoor dining table is the perfect place for a family meal or just a moment of peace to enjoy a book.
Kitchen
Brand new appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need to make home-cooked meals. In the kitchen you will find:

There is a kitchen island with a bar where you can sit and enjoy a glass of Tenerife wine while the chef cooks up a storm. The kitchen door leads out to the swimming pool at the back of the villa.
Outdoor swimming pool and patio
With its inviting atmosphere, native Canary island plants and choice of seating areas, you're sure to spend a lot of time outdoors.
The elegantly designed swimming pool is heated to a comfortable temperature range of 23-25 °C and measures 6 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.8 to 0.5 meters.
When you want a break from splashing in the pool, stretch out on one of the sun loungers or kick back on the sofa and chairs in the chill-out area under the bioclimatic pergola.
Main bedroom
There is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings. There is a door that leads to the swimming pool patio.
En-suite bathroom
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. There's a wooden bench for your things where you will find your towels upon arrival.
There is a toilet seat reducer and a step to make your children's stay more comfortable in the cupboard in the ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom
The stylishly decorated second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings. You can access the front terrace from the second bedroom.
Third bedroom
This bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There is a wardrobe and a door that leads to the swimming pool patio (you can also keep the door locked for safety).
All bedrooms also have light-blocking blackout blinds so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap (perfect for your baby or toddler’s nap, too!) and ceiling fans for the summer months.
Bathroom
The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Check-in / check-out
Our check-in time starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 4 pm.
Online check-in before arrival
As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Towels, linen and professional cleaning
We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.
We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.
Mid-stay cleaning
If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.
Families
We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Remote working
If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.
Pets
We accept small pets only on request. There is an additional charge of €59 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.
The local area
The villa is situated in a tranquil neighborhood offering breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. With easy access to the TF-1 highway, you can easily explore all that the island has to offer.
For water sports enthusiasts, the nearby village of Radazul is the perfect place to be. You can indulge in sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, SUP, jet skiing and more. Open-water swimming is also available 365 days a year in Radazul!
La Nea beach, located just a short 3.5 km drive away, offers year-round ocean swimming. For the best experience, we recommend heading to the far left end of the beach where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer, and the sun shines for longer in the evenings.
Adjacent to the beach is Parque de Guadamojete, a vast park equipped with outdoor exercise equipment and ample space for walking. There is also a children's playground for little ones.
In addition to several small supermarkets in the area, there are plenty of shopping options nearby. An 8-minute drive away, you'll find a Lidl, Mercadona, and Carrefour supermarket, along with a large shopping center featuring international brands.
