”Dispite arriving late and desk service not being available, we only had to call a number and they had already a system in place to give us our key and tell us our room number without them having to be present. It was a bit nervewraking when we saw no one at the desk and it the building was locked but they did a great job with having the phone number visible and the system in place so we could go into our room no problem.
