”The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.”

”Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. ”

A stay in Memphis
"This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street. The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider."
