Peaceful River Retreat with stunning Colorado River Views complete with trail to the river, hot tub, putting green, pool table, outside shower & more. Sleeps 6 with a bonus hide-a-bed. Parking for 4-5 vehicles plus an RV parking spot with 30 amp power service. River access below the house with boat launch, fishing, and swimming area. 5 min to Parker, 10min to Bluewater Casino & Parker strip, 15 min to Emerald Canyon Golf Course, 20 min to lake Havasu.

Beautiful!
It was great, peaceful Great view with so many hummingbirds. Best house in the neighborhood. The showers were perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Loved it. Only suggestion, have written directions for the televisions.

Awesome house
We loved this house it was perfect for us, didn’t love that the second bathroom is still not fixed makes it a little inconvenient when traveling with friends, and from the photo it looked like it was riverfront but it’s technically not but you do have stairs to the river from the house which we utilized, perfect place for friends and dogs and to hangout if you want a chill big River weekend! We will be back! Thank you

A trip to the river
My husband and I, and his brother and wife, stayed here while visiting family at the river. The house was clean and well stocked, and it is so peaceful, plus the view out back is amazing. We didn’t use the jacuzzi because it was way too hot with the heat advisory, but the house was cool and comfortable. Penny let us know in advance that they were remodeling the 2nd bathroom, so that shower wasn’t available, but they had a second shower outside that was good for rinsing off. Penny was very accommodating during our trip and we appreciated her helpful communications. We’d definitely stay here again.

Spectacular
I have never had a better view of the Colorado river. The property is a short walk to the park and has beautiful accessibility to the river. The place was clean, equipped with everything you need, pet friendly and was the perfect place for our family gathering. The jacuzzi felt like another world with that view. Will return for years to come.

Beautiful views, close to the beach. We appreciated the extras that were in the kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent communication with the host. Exactly like expected. One small thing to notice and I remember reading about so wasn’t a huge shock to me but one of the bedrooms is off the garage so a little different set up, it had one bed in there and you could not fit anything else and the door must be closed to get air in there. With teens, it worked for us but again thought I would mention. Would love to stay here again.

LOVE Big River :)
Over the years we have been drawn to the Big River area...while you can still enjoy a nice day trip to Havasu and/or the Parker Strip...Big River provides a fabulous retreat for "quiet" time!! This property was perfect for our family's get-away...comfy beds, well-stocked, great communication with the host...on the top of our list for next year :)

My wife loves the river and the house has beautiful views of the river. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time! Love the hot tub! Only downfall a little steep walk to the beach and we were charged to launch our sea doos which we didn’t anticipate. Other than that we would definitely stay here again!

Desert 🌵 Oasis
The house is clean and well cared full. The owners have a lovely desert home, with breathtaking views of the Colorado river. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.We did have a air conditioning problem that had us leaving earlier than expected, but by the Grace of God and the cleaning ladies grandson got,resolved just in time. We had a chance to meet up with grandkids and adult kids.

Needle in a Haystack
I booked this property for a weekend getaway with friends - far enough from the hoopla yet close enough to enjoy the scene. We had a blast. The property included so many extra amenities to truly enjoy a relaxing weekend with extraordinary views. The river was a short, rather steep, walk from the home and we highly recommend bringing water shoes. Fishing was off the hook. We caught tons of small mouth bass, blue gill and green gill sunfish. The upscale jacuzzi was an added bonus before bedtime. The kitchen was fully equipped to make home cooked meals without the stress. It was truly your home away from home - with plenty of towels, toiletries, dish ware, on-site laundry, games, etc. We highly recommend this property. However keep in mind that the walk down to the river is very steep. Communication with Penny was beyond expectation. Thank you for a wonderful weekend at the river!

Wonderful River get-a-way!
Amazing property! This home has stunning river views & is a well cared for property with lots to do! Kids loved playing golf & pool, while the adults enjoyed family time by the River with nightly hot tubs & roasting marshmallows in the outside fireplace. Boat launch at the park below the house was perfect for our jet skis & the kids liked the beach area. We will be back for sure!
